Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Every piece is manufactured with care. Each order takes approximately 3 to 4 business days to be produced at our factory and delivered to your doorstep.
Order Inspection upon Delivery
For the best shopping experience, you are required to thoroughly review and check the product's quality and size while the courier is still at your door.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept any refunds or exchanges once the order has been delivered and the courier has left your location. If there is any issue with the size or quality, it must be rejected immediately with the courier.
Custom Embroidery Orders
Orders that include custom name embroidery require a small deposit via Instapay before we begin production. Once the deposit is confirmed, the standard 10-14 days delivery timeline applies.

مدة معالجة وشحن الطلب
يتم تصنيع كل قطعة بعناية فائقة؛ لذا يستغرق شحن الطلب ووصوله من المصنع إلى باب منزلك حوالي 3 إلى 4 يوم عمل.
فحص الطلب عند الاستلام
لضمان رضاك التام عن المنتج، يُرجى مراجعة وفحص جودة المنتج ومقاسه بعناية فائقة أثناء تواجد مندوب الشحن عند باب بيتك قبل مغادرته.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يرجى العلم أنه لا يتوفر خيار الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال نهائيًا بعد استلام الشحنة ومغادرة مندوب التوصيل. في حال وجود أي مشكلة في المقاس أو الجودة، يمكنك رفض استلام الشحنة وإعادتها مع المندوب فورًا.
طلبات التطريز الخاصة
بالنسبة للقطع التي يُطلب فيها تطريز الاسم، يلزم دفع كاش أو إيداع مبلغ تأميني صغير جدًا عبر تطبيق (Instapay) قبل البدء في التنفيذ والتطريز، وتبدأ مهلة الشحن (10-14 يوم) فور تأكيد الإيداع
